After we bought the house in spring 2012, we carried out the first major renovations by summer 2013. In the following period, the house was already partly in use. The work was therefore only carried out during the winter season.
Renovations in 2012 and 2013
- Relocation of the kitchen to the former hallway and bathroom
- Installation of a new bathroom (bathroom 1) and a toilet in the area of the former kitchen
- Creation of an additional bedroom (room 1) in the former vaulted cellar
- Combining two bedrooms into one larger room (room 3)
- Renovation of bathroom 5
- Renovation and furnishing of previously used rooms
Renovations 2014
- Renewal of the roofs in the middle part of the house above rooms 4 and 6. The roofs were raised at the same time and were given a modified roof construction with a ridge and large overhangs
- Renovation of rooms 4 and 6
- Installation of skylights for rooms 4 and 6
- Renovation of bathroom 4
Renovation of the roof of the garden shed (room 7) - New canopies on all external doors
- Redesign of the main terrace
Renovations 2015
- Expansion of the seminar room
- Renovation of room 7 in the garden house with exposed walls and high ceiling
- New roof for the wash house
- Renovation of the western rooms on the upper floor with a new roof for this part of the house (completion in 2016)
Renovations 2016
- Completion of the western rooms (room 5)
- New construction of the pool and redesign of the surrounding terrace
- Renovation of the terrace with the outdoor bathtub

- Renewal of the central heating system

- Conversion of the seminar room into a vaulted room for dining and fires for larger groups
- Renovation small kitchen next to the vault
- Renovation of bathroom 3 and bathroom 4

- Renewal of the roof over the living room
- Renovation living room
- Furnishing the gallery under the roof
Renovations 2022
- Replacement of almost all windows
Renovations 2023
- Conversion of the old laundry room into a small bar
