When constantly browsing through Italian real estate
Sylvia comes across a property in the north of Tuscany on the stock exchange. Quite large and winding. What’s more, the owner wants to sell the house without an estate agent. Sylvia makes contact and gets the first information. The previous German owner bought the house himself around ten years ago, converted it and then used it as a vacation home and for seminars.
Everything sounds very interesting. Sylvia wants to see the house and makes an appointment to view it.
